# DataAI ETL Production Distribution Notice Copyright © 2026 Yanbor LLC. All rights reserved. Yanbor LLC is the provider of the DataAI product. DataAI ETL is proprietary, source-available commercial software built with open-source technologies, including Apache Spark. ## Commercial authorization required This file does not grant a license. Possession of the software, source code, documentation, package, archive, or download does not authorize installation, copying, execution, modification, redistribution, hosting, sublicensing, OEM use, managed-service use, or production use. Use is permitted only to the extent expressly authorized by a written commercial agreement, order form, or license certificate executed or issued by Yanbor LLC. If no such authorization applies, do not install, copy, execute, modify, distribute, or use the software. The executed commercial terms control the licensed products, versions, environments, users, applications, metrics, duration, source rights, redistribution rights, support, fees, and all other rights and obligations. ## Ownership Yanbor LLC and its licensors retain all right, title, and interest in DataAI ETL, including all software, source code, object code, documentation, derivative works, improvements, trademarks, and intellectual property. No rights are granted by implication, estoppel, exhaustion, or otherwise. ## Customer-controlled operation DataAI ETL runs in customer-controlled compute. Unless a signed agreement says otherwise, Yanbor LLC does not host customer processing, receive customer data, provide telemetry, perform remote license checks, or automatically persist customer outputs. The customer controls credentials, identities, input data, output locations, write operations, scheduling, monitoring, and security. ## AS IS; no obligations TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SOFTWARE AND DOCUMENTATION ARE PROVIDED **"AS IS," "AS AVAILABLE," AND WITH ALL FAULTS**. YANBOR LLC MAKES NO EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY WARRANTY, INCLUDING ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, SECURITY, COMPATIBILITY, RESULTS, OR UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION. EXCEPT FOR AN OBLIGATION EXPRESSLY ACCEPTED IN A SIGNED COMMERCIAL AGREEMENT OR ORDER FORM, YANBOR LLC HAS NO OBLIGATION TO PROVIDE INSTALLATION, IMPLEMENTATION, CONFIGURATION, HOSTING, MONITORING, SUPPORT, MAINTENANCE, UPDATES, UPGRADES, PATCHES, BUG FIXES, SECURITY FIXES, COMPATIBILITY CHANGES, BACKUP, RECOVERY, MIGRATION, TRAINING, PROFESSIONAL SERVICES, SERVICE LEVELS, ROADMAP FEATURES, NOTICES, OR CONTINUED AVAILABILITY OR DEVELOPMENT. The customer is responsible for acceptance testing, compatibility, security, performance, backup, recovery, legal compliance, and determining whether the software and its results are appropriate for the customer's use. ## Third-party components Third-party components remain governed by their respective licenses. Apache Spark, Hadoop, Java, Maven, Scala, Delta Lake, database drivers, cloud-platform components, Python packages, and other third-party systems are not licensed by Yanbor LLC under this notice. Spark and Hadoop are supplied by the customer's runtime and are not bundled in the DataAI ETL library JARs. ## No redistribution Redistribution, public repository publication, sublicensing, OEM delivery, managed-service delivery, or making the software available to third parties is prohibited unless expressly authorized in signed commercial terms.
